Pros

The benefits are excellent here

Cons

Management is disconnected and the expectations were unrealistic. Stats did not align with actual work load and generic metrics. People that move up in the company based on who they know and not knowledge or experience. Managers don’t know the jobs they are managing and you either make them shine or you are out. We have to come up with new ideas to present or you are told you are not bringing anything to the table. Once you do, management takes 100% of the credit. Turn over is high here and leadership takes no accountability for it.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
