      None. There's nothing good about this place anymore.

      EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP. This is the worst group of executives that has ever been amassed to run an organization. Enron had better leadership. I can mainly only speak for sales, and enterprise sales at that, but it is awful and only getting worse. When I started 7 years ago, this place was amazing. Bad executive hire, after bad executive hire has made this place unbearable. Talent is jumping left and right. The current Enterprise leadership actually has everyone missing the regime they replaced, and nobody ever thought that could be possible. Most reps actually dont want to over perform because they don't want these people bailed out, when they are doing nothing to help. Don't believe these 5* reviews. I'm way above plan and not in any danger of a PIP and this place is a toxic, poorly led nightmare. The ego on these leaders as well. The first powerpoint on all hands calls is a photo of them saying " The Best Executive Team in all of HCM".....delusional.

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

      Cons

      Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
