8yWe are sorry to hear you believe Paylocity is no longer the same company it was in the early years. As we continue to grow, we have many hurdles, and we do our best to respond to the them in the best way possible. As a company our philosophy has always been around Paylocity being regarded as a family and as a family we refer others in our network that we think would be great additions. In fact 40% of our hires come from referrals. Referrals are a great source of talent, and as such tend to bring people back together who have worked together previously.
