Pros

- I've had some really really good managers here, too bad upper leadership likes to chase them out and only keep the suckups that don't actually do anything. - Used to do things like TechCon and on-sites, haven't had anything in person in over a year. I guess we're getting the holiday party back this year at least?

Cons

- I don't even know where to begin, probably that Toby is not only one of the worst leaders I've ever had the misfortune to work under in my life, he's also a terrible person in general. Just a garbage human being. - Product Managers here DO NOT own their roadmaps. It's the flavor of the week for whichever upper leadership person feels like pushing on you at the time. \ - Impossible to get internal promotions. They'd rather hire a PM2 or a Senior PM from outside the company than promote their PM's that have proven track records. - The arrogance and narcissistic attitudes of our leaders is not helping anything at all. - Bug work is crazy, we don't really have a proper structure to handle this so PM's just get everything with almost no help and unrealistic expectations. Now we're constantly being asked to talk to clients about these kinds of things and can't focus on feature work almost at all. Then we get reprimanded for feature work not being completed because we were focused on bugs. If we don't focus on bugs we get in trouble too. It's a lose-lose. - Base Pay is much lower than the industry, it was fine that they made up for this with RSU's but now they are cutting those every year in significant amounts and now the overall pay isn't even competitive. The tool we had to compare was removed and replaced with a tool that didn't have nearly as much data so you don't know they are screwing you over. - Can't ever take days off, you'll get so behind you can't catch up. - Leadership does not understand that the system they put in place is not ideal for tracking the insane metrics they want. They don't understand Pendo isn't the end all be all of metrics and they don't know that different databases can't just be merged to "run a quick query". It's a lot of work because they never give time or approval to do this work during the actual feature work. It's never planned and it's all a giant mess. - We don't follow any system of Product Management, it's just flavor of the week every week.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

Cons

Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
