Pros

Pay and benefits. Good office in Prague. A lot of career opportunities for talkers, but not for hard-working tech people.

Cons

1. Poor onboarding process. 2. Problems with getting knowledge about business domain and help. 3. Team has very little knowledge of business domain. 4. A lot of work going on in different directions which creates a context switch problem. 5. Manual testing blindly without understanding what you are doing - creating test-cases without knowing how to reproduce them. 6. Very limited and sporadic help with testing from STE. 7. Quality control is delayed till the production. As a result most work causes a large number of production issues. 8. Communication about work issues is non-existent. Everybody just keeps pushing the same workflow without listening to the advice. Feels like people either do not care about the results or just incompetent - not sure. 9. A lot of discussions without any result. 10. Communication is the king - most of the time you are working as BA, not the Software Engineer. If you like working with tech do not even think joining this company. 11. They can put you on PIP for not communicating actively enough about ONE task and not contacting ONE specific person when working on ONE task. I am dead serious.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

Cons

Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
