Pros

Some of the most mission driven people with whom I have ever worked.

Cons

Too many leadership changes, five in one year. A new senior leader maligns others, does not invite input and so obviously plays favorites that it drove out two of the best I know and others are quiet quitting. Just say yes, do not rock the boat. Benefits are terrible, it's a fight to get fair pay. Why is a salesperson in CA making $65K a year when the CEO made $13M?

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
