If you look at a relaxed working place with no much work pressure this is the place. Stand by the manger blindly and you can continue on, retire from this company.
Cons
Highly political. There some old management and team people who are there from long, you have to be yes boss to them, else progress will be impossible. All ideas has to come from them. Slow in technology.
