Pros

Job is easy to follow. Company gives bonuses 1-2 times a year. Great way to have a job with a low time commitment.

Cons

Test centers don't have a consistent schedule. One week a test center could be open 3-4 days and the next week it could be 1-2 days. Manager will post the work schedule 6 weeks in advance but test center hours could still be cut/closed by upper management within days when you're supposed to work. This makes it difficult to keep a consistent work schedule/hours.

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
