Pros
I was working for one of the largest freight forwarder's in the world before coming to Pegasus. Without a doubt it was the best move I've ever made. Here they have the passion and plan to reach those same lofty business heights, but without sacrificing the humanity and culture so many companies do. Here I have been empowered and treated by both my leadership and peers as an equal. This has allowed me not only professional, but also personal growth for which I'm extremely grateful. Truly the culture and work/life consideration are unique in our industry in this day and age especially.
Cons
With freedom comes responsibility, you are often expected in my position to self manage to a degree and if attention span and self-discipline are skills you struggle with this is a job you would not accel at.
