Lots of turnover and salesman who you’re warned are jerks

No one has a clue to what they’re supposed to do. I’ve never experienced anything quite like Pegasus. Great reviews that had little to do with anything. Two managers were let go or quit in 3 months. Employees were let go or quit in a couple months. Warned by a teammate a salesman was a term for your behind with a hole. He berated one guy so bad, the guy complained and they fired him or quit. Very little long-term employees and it seems high turnover is the norm there. Do not buy into the culture talk— it’s for show. I could explain further but just trust me— don’t apply. My interview lasted a 1/2 hour and I was hired on the spot. I should have known better because I left a solid job for Pegasus and luckily I was welcomed back by my previous employer.
