Demanding Leaders and Little Support - Agency Employee PeopleLift Employee Review

Pros

The only pro to this place is working from home.

Cons

You're often told to shoot for the moon - but you're barely given tools to reach the second floor. From supplying your own technology, to having to read the minds of those around you, the expectation is high and there is little tangible support. The leaders are demanding, unorganized and often emotional to a fault. They are full of empty promises and created a toxic, false sense, of "family" and "caring" while overworking and underpaying most of their staff with little organization or process and no clear vision into the future.

Hello this is the CEO - thank you for your feedback. 2022 was a learning year for us and we took this feedback very seriously. I am happy to report over the past few months we've dedicate significant energy and care into standardizing our processes, ensuring that each team member is equipped with everything they require and providing best in class work from home, 4 day work week and over 30 days of PTO. We are an organization that supports other organizations growth stories and we grew as a team in 2022. Thank you again for helping improve our business and the lives that we impact.

Pros

Team and Leadership make you feel part of the team from the first time. They want all employees to balance work and life (even if you are working from home), providing benefits such as flextime, 4-day work weeks, and PTO, to mention a few. They were always there for me, and for that, Im grateful.

Cons

Remote working is not for everyone. It would help if you were committed to putting in the effort and making sure that your numbers are what is expected for your role.
