Pros

The company was great before the new Director of Property Management Welton started.

Cons

This company has really gone down hill since the new Director or Property Management Welton started. The culture has shifted so much and it has turned into a micromanaging culture. If you want to enjoy your work life and social life, please do your research before applying.

Pros

Sadly, nothing positive to report about this company anymore.

Cons

- Culture has gone down hill but leadership doesn’t see it that way. A lot of good people are gone now. - Upper management doesn’t know anything anymore and offers little to no training on anything new being rolled out - Owners are oblivious to how bad current director is - There is so much clickiness that didn’t used to exist and no sense of authentic inclusion - They get rid of good people or let good people walk out if they express concern. Current leadership doesn’t take responsibility or accountability for his extremely toxic leadership style. - Decisions are being made and agendas are being pushed with no intentional care or concern for the hard working employees. - Coworkers are tired, and feel defeated all the time because leadership makes them feel scared that retaliation will occur.
