Pros

Casual dress and being able to bring pets to work everyday.

Cons

Since being acquired by a private equity firm the company has been in constant turmoil. There have been two major rifs, and in addition, they are consistently reorganizing the departments and terminating associates. The employees are treated unfairly, there is constant tension and the morale is horrible. This private equity firm plans on selling as soon as they are able which is why you shouldn't consider applying here until ownership changes. Maybe under new ownership this will once again be a great company.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
