Pros
Met a lot of great people, easy to work your way up. I didn't see people get hired/promoted based on personal relationships, but rather their ability to do the job well.
Cons
Lack of labor hours for a high volume store, was basically forced to to the job of another manager who was on an action plan. Instead of demoting the other manager, they gave him simple tasks while he made about $10k more than me each year. Sometimes Store Leaders can be micromanagers however this is dependent upon the store. Hourly pay for ALK, CEL, & MIL is very low. ASL & SL pay is manageable.
