Pros

Repetitive same lunch menu and parking that employees are getting taxed for.

Cons

Low bonuses when you do get them. Little to know raises at all. It could be years to receive a very small bump in pay. No diversity in leadership. Leaders of depts micromanage and bully the employees to the point they are vindictive. Dress code is 1950's (outdated). No flex-time offered. No remote or hybrid offered. No half days Fridays or casual days. Low pay below industry standards. PTO is 2 to 3 weeks, varies from employee to employee. Put inexperienced and incompetent leaders in place with no DEGREES or KNOWLEDGE only to use those who do have degrees below them. Heavy security cameras above cubicles, bathrooms, eating areas and etc. Rumor mill everyday and nothing discrete. Location is the worst out the worst. No company communication about the business. No yearly reviews for incentives. Good old boy mentality. No open for policy at all. Each dept is treated differently, but the Accounting dept receives the worst treatment because of the inexperienced, no degree, lack there of, suck up, gift of gabb leadership in place.

Great training. Definitely learn time management and delegation of projects. Professional oil and gas engineers to help optimize production with out push back. They will listen to your ideas and let you know if it a good or bad idea, and give you a reason with out judgement.

Cons

Only one I can think of is that people get hired and they stay. Not much room for moving up
