      Pros

      Dynamic, diverse, women and men treated the same, big enough to have growth paths and options for all.

      Cons

      Struggling with competition and quality issues with the FDA for years. Corporate behavior leads to massive and frequent re-orgs and instability / insecurity. Demanding environment, not suited for those who wish to work 9-5 and stay relaxed. No future in Cleveland.

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      Cons

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
