Pros

You will have, if you have recruited under a revenue making business unit. Otherwise with my personal experience, I do not see any so far .

Cons

1. Health care benefits has taken downtrodden path, no body cares here including the insurance team(1 person )/HR team / Manager, even if your ask is 100% eligible. You are at the mercy of insurance provider, to claim what you are eligible for. 2. As I said, if you are getting hired under Informatics/ R&D division, better stay away or prefer not to join, you will not bear up with the uncertainties they bring to you, in terms of job security. Also so far, I have seen only closing of many units recently in Bangalore. It might seem I have shoot out my frustration, but its not. I bet anyone can disapprove here. This was my dream company to work for 1 year back, but now really I want to come out of my dreams for a good future.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
