As an employee when you push the boundaries and try to change things you are being asked "not to have a big mouth".
there are dog and pony shows of awards and that but again this is orchestrated from VPs and the like, so its mostly nice PowerPoints
hidden philosophy is "act normal that's crazy enough" - if you are a talent with a will to push boundaries - you are quite literally the crazy one
