Pros

It was not a bad experience at all. I was not having project yet got 9 % hike. the work culture is good, everyone goes home at 6 pm like a govt job .. not much tension in the job, a perfect service based company they are paying good money also. there are some great roles within the organisation and if you have a nack you can learn a lot.

Cons

Unfortunately we did not have projects to deliver due to some mis management of the of leadership, who had formed our team and recruited us without a proper project pipeline. So eventually after 10 months my manager was requesting me to find another job elsewhere people are reluctant and processes are slow.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
