Toxic work culture in Philips GBS, office politics, even if you generate multi million dollar value to Philips business, you will be rated as a poor performer since you don't contribute to GBS back office. GBS Analytics (GDMA) especially is a crap and they never do real analytics rather they don't let you perform advanced analytics. Performance management is pathetic. They set a performance target of 300k savings for a manager handling 10-20 people and they also set 200k for one manager who doesn't manage a team. Poor mathematics.
