Pros

Nothing that i can think of

1. No one to help you onboard 2. Very less technical people. The company is filled with people managers who just want to pressurise. 3. Not at all employee friendly. 4. old tech stack. no one will take you if you work here for more than an year. 5. mmm notice. Very hard to find a job. 6. Firing happens all the time. People are randimly categoriesed as poor performers and fired. 7. Not even notice period money given on firing. 8. Micro management specially on 3 days WFO. 9. Once you resign, they will harass you. 10. They will not pay full salary for your notice period. 11. They will deduct all kind of money in FnF. 12. HR behaves very rudely after registration.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
