      - Great supportive culture of talented individuals - Strong and honest leadership (the CEO even runs a weekly all hands encouraging Q&A) - License to own and drive great change to the business (learning & developing whilst doing so)

      Cons

      I feel we could be better with cross functional collaboration. This is a small ‘con’ compared to all the great pro’s and I have seen positive signs in this area.

      Strong Leadership at C-Level (low EGO) Depth of product and areas of investment/innovation Market tailwinds Very strong team (seems to raise the bar with each hire) Long-term mindset

      Cons

      Prague HQ means a natural lag on some processes in the US but good progress in removing dependencies

      Since we don't have, and never have had, a salesperson based in Jacksonville, FL, I will say i think this review is 'fake news'.
