Pros

If you want to be treated horribly... join here?

Cons

I was hired to sell into the country I reside in. On my first day my manager changed my territory to the US. Then they took over a month to get me accounts (we were not allowed to select our own). At the 3 month point the company decided they wanted to hire in the US and canned me even though I had built a really solid pipeline. I had two deals that I self sourced that I would have closed before the end of my first quarter with accounts. I would have been well beyond my plan. The worst part of this is they would not let me close out these deals and receive the commission. I was terminated because of their strategy change/error and, they handed off the deal to another rep who is not of the same quality, plus gave them the commission. All in all... I would run if I were applying here. They recruited me out of a great role where I had a great pipeline. I also had other suitors at that time. Worst decision I have made in my career was trusting the team at Pigment. They also employ all of their remote folks via Deel.... Aka you are treated like a disposable piece of trash instead of a hard working, well-valued employee.

Pros

I have been with Pigment for a little over 2 years and from the get go I have been excited to come to work each day! The overall "feel" of Pigment is hard to explain because I have worked with numerous companies in the EPM space previously that just worked you to the bone with no thanks or recognition. Pigment is different, we work hard of course, but everyone from the CEO down really looks out for each and every person. Every success is celebrated and all contributions are recognized, after all it really does "take a village"! If you are starting to feel overworked or just need a break, take your PTO and relax (they actually encourage you to take time off which is super rare these days), management will make adjustments in any form needed, need to take a sick day? they got you there too. Overall the best work life balance I have ever had! Oh and we really have a great group of people here, at corporate events we all "get along like houses on fire" as one person put it lol. - Fast growing company that legitimately puts customers first while simultaneously taking care of their employees. - Product innovation is remarkable and it's amazing to see how quickly Pigment adapts to changes in the competitive landscape. - Employee feedback is actually valued and factored into decisions so you don't feel like you're just a number - Lots of latitude in how you can go about your day to day activities - Extremely supportive management at all levels - Training is top tier - Just an all around good place to be at

Cons

None that I can honestly think of
