Pros

Fully Remote other than that nothing positive truly comes to mind.

Cons

Terrible Leadership, On the sales team the leader is an Ex Facebook employee who is out of touch and has the wort GTM plan when it comes to entering the US Market. Close to 0 marketing in the US which makes it extremely difficult to preform well. When you are hired they are completely disorganized and you are working from a Book of Business that is full of garbage accounts that none of the AEs wanted to work or Companies that have been harassed by BDRs in EMEA. Benefits are terrible. No unlimited PTO, No fitness, or Mental Health Reimbursement. Career Opportunities? Absolutely 0 no chance for advancement or plan to promote employees people are stuck in the same roles for years regardless of the performance. Culture is terrible. The leader do close to nothing to even recognize the US team. The leadership actually make it feel like they want you to fail. Terrible training for BDRs the Sales enablement leader is rude and a god awful teacher. He Yelled at a coworker of mine when she was asking questions and made degrading remarks about her intelligence. The Leadership of the Sales team were made aware of this and did nothing to address the situation. If you are looking to join the sales team here I highly recommend working elsewhere.

Pros

If you want to be treated horribly... join here?

Cons

I was hired to sell into the country I reside in. On my first day my manager changed my territory to the US. Then they took over a month to get me accounts (we were not allowed to select our own). At the 3 month point the company decided they wanted to hire in the US and canned me even though I had built a really solid pipeline. I had two deals that I self sourced that I would have closed before the end of my first quarter with accounts. I would have been well beyond my plan. The worst part of this is they would not let me close out these deals and receive the commission. I was terminated because of their strategy change/error and, they handed off the deal to another rep who is not of the same quality, plus gave them the commission. All in all... I would run if I were applying here. They recruited me out of a great role where I had a great pipeline. I also had other suitors at that time. Worst decision I have made in my career was trusting the team at Pigment. They also employ all of their remote folks via Deel.... Aka you are treated like a disposable piece of trash instead of a hard working, well-valued employee.

Pros

- Management are engaged with everyone at all levels, incredibly approachable! - The company culture is possibly one of the nicest that I've ever encountered. There is a big focus on actionable and specific feedback, and we all collectively celebrate and make a BIG deal out of our achievements together. - There is a huge focus on our social and environmental impact as a company, it has not felt like lip-service at all, which is really refreshing. - Managers are encouraged and enabled to provide opportunities for personal growth. - Huge focus on implementing processes that scale well, and everyone is encouraged to contribute with ideas and proposals, and they are all taken seriously! - We have a really well-established and enthusiastic DEI group internally, which at this stage in the company's life is super impressive to see! - Work-life balance is championed at the top levels of the organisation, and we're given the space and flexibility that we need for things going on in our lives that are out of our control, or necessary for our wellbeing

Cons

- We're moving at a breakneck pace as a company, so sometimes it's hard to keep up with exactly what is happening at a given moment. I'll caveat that we're regularly kept up to date, but there's still a lot of information. - Still a lack of clarity in terms of career progression paths. Again, to caveat this, this is something that is being actively worked on at the moment.
