Great work life balance here.

It is a great company to work.

Great culture as long as you're OK with construction style good old boyishness. The IT group excelled at supporting end users and making new locations stand up fast and correctly.

It's a small company as far as in-office staff is concerned, and the tiny IT group can be secretive and compartmentalized. The IT staff was only 3 or 4 people during my time. I saw knee-jerk decision making and material misrepresentations made to C-level decision makers. That said, the support offered to non-IT staff was completely excellent.
