Pros
Great culture in pockets - mostly with veterans who came with the many PB acquisitions. CEO is AWESOME and inspiring - he has a great vision for the company and its employees. The re-branding has been a welcome change!!
Cons
Unfortunately executive management team does not have the same vibe as Marc Lautenbach and create an environment of working in siloed environment - little collaboration between business groups. If you are from Infor you are guaranteed a position - if you are NOT then good luck navigating career development and advancement
