Pros
Good life and work balance, could work from home, a lot of vacation time. Benefit is OK, but is going down every year.
Cons
Bureaucratic, office politic, managers changes all the time. No team formation activities. The top level manager lacks of vision and company stock like water fall. HR is suck.
