      Company offers great products. All departments work well together. Company has a great work/ life mix.. Enjoy working with coworkers as teams build strong relationships

      Use to be a great company, lost their way, To may products, hard to focus on anyone thing. There are some really good teams/ business units and some really bad ones. To many layoffs

      Pros

      My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
