Pros
Decent salary and benefits and overall the team was good. Dominant player in what is a declining market segment provides some near term stability.
Cons
Management does not have a vision for the future. Sole focus on maximizing revenue from existing accounts with little new business development. Execs obsessed with making sure people are sitting in their cubicles regardless of the degree of the amount of peer interaction is required complete assignments.
