Good pay and above average benefits. Multiple opportunities for many different professional fields such as engineering, software engineering, HR, finance, sales marketing and they all have large valued organizations.
Cons
Senior management often starts initiatives but does not follow through, or they change them before anyone has the chance to implement them. Senior management has been in flux, changing almost every two years for PBBI.
