Pros

When I joined the company provided the industry's best package. Medical benefits(as every company does), meal vouchers and flexible timings.

Cons

What they say is not actually what they mean. They wanted to go agile, but teams are still controlled by IT managers so the Scrum master does not have any say or suggestions, The teams are sensitive and escalate even a rub on the shoulder. SM is just a position with no authority here. They claim to be in India's top 25 mid-size companies in terms of work culture, but just in JUNE, they kicked more than 800 people out of the organisation in the name of organisational restructuring. The process is still going on. Even after announcing in the town hall, that the people who are in the call are safe, in less than a week they kicked out many of them who were in the call. They hired an interim CEO to set the company's steadiness (it means even the people sitting at the top were just enjoying the benefits and they were not doing enough creatively, that the company got gloomed and they had to trust a person from outside rather than inside. Nobody would like to be sailing in a sinking boat. No opportunity to move out of India.

Pros

My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
