Pros
Most everyone at PB has a positive attitude and is willing to work with each other to get things done. Especially as a remote employee, that's been important and a positive element of my experience. Also means I've had good managers in each of my roles.
Cons
There have been layoffs. Fortunately that seems to have stabilized. There's a sense of optimism now that the major rounds of layoffs have passed.
