Great training system, easy to reach KPI's.

Sales expectations can be pretty unrealistic. If you start performing well they expect the world of you. The management was really disorganised. Staff can be really rude as well and "cliquey". Day-to-day operations can be really boring and they want you to stand at the entrance pretending to look busy for hours and hours which gets super boring.

met lots of lovely people, pretty good discount, laid back uniform rules

upper management don't care about lowly casuals, managers are very hit or miss, stock levels are constantly fluctuating, kpi targets are almost unreachable, very dependent on if you have a good team or not
