Family oriented and experienced staff that are there to help answer any questions in detail. Open-minded and comfortable work environment. A combination of which increases ones overall job productivity. Offers much knowledge in the Structural Metal Design field. Overall an excellent and enjoyable work environment where you're made aware of your value to the company. Criticism from the experienced Project Leaders is, at the very least, constructive. They ensure your understanding of all projects you are responsible for in a detailed one-on-one open door manner.

Starting salary was below par for any experienced Draftsman, but will increase to an average pay if you show potential. Being new to the structural metal industry, the knowledge and experience gained from my position far out-weighs what the paycheck/benefits department fell short on.
