Pros

Good place to learn basic skills.

Cons

No room for growth. High performance expectations with low salary. No on-call pay stipends. No flexibility with schedule regarding late night work (12-16 hour shifts in some cases). Does not repay expenses for vehicle wear and tear, mileage, or training material required by management. Does not pay out accrued vacation time. Does not actively seek to employ new people (overworks current employees to the point of burnout). Management does not value knowledge and experience and can be downright insulting at times. Anybody who works here that is not a manager, despises the company and is actively looking for new career opportunities.

Lots of opportunity and management that listens.

Cons

Processes aren’t always the most efficient. Not as much communication from the top as you would like to see.

Pros

Take home truck, gas card,company phone and laptop

Cons

Work load, expectations, company would take sides in a difficult situation which was usually the customer's not the the tech. Network issues seemed very frequent.
