Micro managed Treated like children as half the people there are kids! Poor resource management Poor training Poor ongoing training Overall poor job role Volume inbound repetitive calls Boring roles No progression EVER just doing the same call over and over and over again robots could do this job! Awful work / life balance Awful upper management Poor incentives / work events If you want a job to literally have the same conversation 50 times a day then go for it! Lol if you have half a brain cell AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I can’t stress how poor this place really is the only positive reviews are new employees and they get you to do these reviews within your first few months Before you realside how POOR AND UN ORGANISED it actually is. I can’t be more honest if your reading this then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere Speak to any current staff member who’s been there longer than the probation period (which is a nightmare to pass they just keep rolling people over again and again I’ve know people to be on probation after yeah one still!) and them members of staff will tell you the truth Very negative atmosphere Very low morale If you want to go to a job to die! Go here lol It is hands down the worst place i have ever worked I could go on and on honestly. I was there for 2+ years and was the biggest waste of my life ever. Should’ve moved sooner, so if you are a sensible person take my advice and RUN You are sat at a desk and you take call after call after call of the same conversation Again if you don’t consider yourself a stupid person I would avoid. You role would be as a HUMAN/ROBOT CANT PUT IT ANYMORE HONESTLY

As a company that have heavily invested in our learning and development for all individuals recently it is disappointing to see that you have not benefited from this personally. We do recognise that working within a call centre environment over a period of time does not suit everyone. Due to our high focus on exceptional customer service this can lead to similar conversations occurring on a regular basis. We have team incentives and a social area equipped with pool tables/table tennis that allow a friendly and fun environment, despite the regulated industry we work in. We wish you every success in the future and thank you for the work you did while you were with us.

People are mostly nice. A nice selection of office fruit. That's about it

Cons

Like most private equity backed companies, there's a scrambling culture for growth at all costs. This can sometimes mean we're not building a good product. The company is successful and profitable and yet sometimes the messaging around the office is that we're not (because we didn't meet unrealistic budgets). There is a slightly weird obsession with office attendance rather than just trusting people to get work done. So much so that they created individual dashboards for people to monitor their own attendance. Upon drilling into the data the report is called "Staff Whereabouts"...reminds me of being back at school There is huge crossover between roles within Tech/Product and Delivery, so much so that responsibilities are poorly understood and quite often you're just left thinking "What am I supposed to be doing here?". The approach to planning and delivery is simply to take estimates as gospel and commit hard dates on the team. There is continuous top down pressure from exec, to such an extent that the whole engineering team feel under constant watch. We claim we're agile but it's waterfall dressed in sprints.
