Pros

I mean, if you need a paycheck really bad they do pay money, but it is almost always under market rate so don't expect competitive pay.

Cons

Endless meetings, tons of totally arbitrary rules that the CEO puts in place that cause friction, the CEO is difficult to work with, no benefits outside of health insurance, I was promised equity but never given it, zero work life balance people often work through being sick and over the weekends to meet difficult deadlines and the expectations of the CEO, there is essentially no work culture outside of just grinding and pretending to be stoked on working yet another long week burnt out.

Pros

Porter is a mission-driven healthcare organization where the work you do genuinely impacts patient access and quality. As a Practitioner Network Manager within Operations, you’re trusted to own outcomes—building provider relationships, improving performance, and solving real operational challenges that directly affect visit supply and completion. The pace is fast, but the environment is collaborative and solutions-oriented. There’s a strong focus on accountability, data, and process improvement, and you’ll gain exposure to cross-functional work (scheduling, field operations, clinical teams, and internal support functions). If you enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and driving results, you’ll find a lot of opportunity here.

Cons

Because the company is growing and evolving, priorities can shift quickly and processes continue to mature. Workloads can be heavy during peak periods, and you have to be adaptable, organized, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity while teams scale.

Pros

None at all, this place is horrible!

Cons

No work/life balance. No true leadership or direction. Massive turnover and employee exodus. Micromanagement like you wouldnt believe, and the threat of legal action for posting the truth after exiting. No inclusive leadership model. Minorities are not valued as anything other than a virtual workhorse. There are NO minorities in leadership and there never will be. Lots of friends promoting friends. The CEO throws around the term "psychological safety", but is the main source of verbal abuse and bullying masked as a joke. Lots of F-bombs dropped in corporate meetings, and a huge game of blame it! Word to the wise, do not work here!
