Pros

Work from home Enjoyable co workers

Cons

Expect to work 12+ hours each day minimum C Suite clueless as to what is happening interdepartmentally CEO delusionally thinks he can use AI for everything and knows how to do everyone else's jobs better than they do Verbal abuse from the CEO daily C Suite leaders will always scape goat onto some one under them Do not expect to work here long as you will be fired on a whim Work you do will be stolen or discredited by "leadership" No coordination between different teams Data used to make critical business decisions will be skewed/erroneous If you are not one of the CEOs 8 personal friends, you will be pushed out and ostracized quickly.

Terrible work culture

Pros

I mean, if you need a paycheck really bad they do pay money, but it is almost always under market rate so don't expect competitive pay.

Cons

Endless meetings, tons of totally arbitrary rules that the CEO puts in place that cause friction, the CEO is difficult to work with, no benefits outside of health insurance, I was promised equity but never given it, zero work life balance people often work through being sick and over the weekends to meet difficult deadlines and the expectations of the CEO, there is essentially no work culture outside of just grinding and pretending to be stoked on working yet another long week burnt out.

Pros

None at all, this place is horrible!

Cons

No work/life balance. No true leadership or direction. Massive turnover and employee exodus. Micromanagement like you wouldnt believe, and the threat of legal action for posting the truth after exiting. No inclusive leadership model. Minorities are not valued as anything other than a virtual workhorse. There are NO minorities in leadership and there never will be. Lots of friends promoting friends. The CEO throws around the term "psychological safety", but is the main source of verbal abuse and bullying masked as a joke. Lots of F-bombs dropped in corporate meetings, and a huge game of blame it! Word to the wise, do not work here!
