Pros
Team member first approach, the owner and senior management care about the employees and really treat the team members just like that, part of the team. A valued asset of the company and not just another person or number. The company was built on a nice foundation, I think they saw what other companies did and did wrong, and are careful not to make those mistakes.
Cons
I would say the only con is that the company is still relatively new, so the con is having to tell people that we are new. (won't be a problem in the future as we are growing at a beautiful pace).
