Pros

- The Portt product is an innovative and agile tool that makes the contract, supplier and procurement lifecycle streamlined and efficient. - Some staff will look out for each other and lend a hand to help. However, as everyone is stretch super thin, this is hard at times. - Ok starting point to get an understanding of the procurement / tech space

Cons

- Lack of planning recently means and consistent changing of goalposts. This is expected to completed with under resourced and over worked teams - Teams and leadership silo information and don’t always play nice with each other. Cross team collaboration not always smooth - Career pathway and progression limited, low amount of opportunities to develop other side the role you are in - Difficulty in suggesting improvements to processes. As a acquired company, a lot of red tape and hoops to jump through to get something approved or will just get no response at all

Most of the people there were friendly. that was only redeeming feature.

Cons

The onboarding was poor and bullying was allowed. very little by way of process documentation and the software itself needed serious improvement.

Pros

I worked for Vietnam office which is almost entire tech team of the company. This is a good environment for developers to learn and develop technical skills. The team culture is very friendly and open. Colleagues are talented and humble. The flat structure makes people focus more on the actual productivity instead of climbing to higher levels. Australian colleague are friendly. Some other pros: flexible working hours, good benefits, free coffee everyday, fancy lunch every Friday, snacks & ice creams are always stocked, etc.

Cons

- The target users are not so hi-tech. Sometimes business requirements may seem unconvincing. - Product goals/scopes/requirements are rambling. Sometimes the CTO & product manager are not on the same page which makes a huge confusion for dev team. - Too much appealing food & drinks. Easy to gain weight. Not good for diet.
