Thank you for your review. While Potoo appreciates your feedback, we don't recognize the organization you are describing. Our flexible PTO policy is a benefit we happily extend to our employees as we recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance. That said, we expect our employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner; which includes everyone from the top down. Implying that our leadership facilitates a workplace where employees don't have input, operates incompetently, and does not provide advancement opportunities to those who are deserving is simply false.
