Pros

Great amount of room for advancement within the company Limitless pay Great incentives Company culture Exponential growth Everyone is given the same opportunities do be successful Input directly affects output. The amount of effort you put into working for this company will definitely show on your paycheck. If you are a hard working individual who wants to be successful in your career and life, Power is devoted in helping you do so. This is not a job you can just sit back and "skate through".

Cons

Although I love working for Power, the job makes for long days and sometimes frustrating when there are factors that may affect performance that are not within your ability to control.

Pros

Power is a fantastic place to have a career. They offer many opportunities to train and learn new skills to help you advance your career. You have access to so many resources and leadership of all levels to learn from and grow with. Most companies talk about culture, but Power walks the walk. From leadership conferences, basketball and hockey tournaments to the year end party in Mexico, this will be the last place I work.

Cons

The stakes are high at Power. We work very hard and have high expectations. Due to the industry we are in there are unconventional hours and dealing with the elements.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
