Pros

First of all, I have to mention how much I absolutely adore all of the people that I work with. It honestly feels like we are one big family because everyone in the work place is so close. No matter if you are new to the company or have been here for years, everyone is always there to help you out. Another thing I like about the job is that you have the opportunity to make a lot of money. The harder you work the more money you make. I really like the fact that the company constantly motivates you to try your best. Employees are constantly rewarded for a job well done. That's why the owners are taking the company to Mexico for a Christmas party. Accomplishments are always acknowledged by management, everything you do, whether big or small is never overlooked.

Cons

The only "con" associated with the job are that the work hours are directly in the middle of the day. Not typically a "con" for those who like to sleep in or get things done early, but for those who like to enjoy the afternoon/dinner time, this can be a downside to the job. If your a college student and working full-time at Power, the hours make it hard for afternoon classes and/or night classes as well. That was my biggest set back when thinking about whether or not to take the job at Power, but management is so flexible that they are actually willing to work with you and your school.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
