Pros

cool people to work with (most are actively looking for another job)

Cons

hours are long (they say its 40 hours a week, 11-7, but you really work 48 a week plus every other saturday) managers for the most part only care about their bonus, not individual employee growth its a pyramid that is very well hidden. People take a free estimate thinking that it is a quick 30 min appointment, when a high pressure salesman goes to the home and stays for at least 3 hours trying to force them to buy a product that is overpriced. all the people who think of it as a career are brainwashed. its a big waste of time, only advantage is collecting a paycheck.

Pros

Provides strong training, supportive leadership, and a team-oriented environment. Hard work is recognized, and there are opportunities for career growth. The culture encourages collaboration and continuous improvement."

Cons

The pace can be fast and expectations are high, which may not be ideal for everyone. Strong time-management skills are important. Like many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly, requiring employees to be adaptable and flexible.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
