Pros
I work with great people. We all go through the same daily grind so we relate on a personal level with each other. The training program was tough yet thorough. The ”free” Mexico trip was awesome and team nights are always fun.
Cons
Be prepared to commit 10-12 hours a day plus a Saturday for $800 after taxes every two weeks..plus maybe commission. The fact is, favoritism starts by deciding whether or not your placed on a team. Second is whether or not your in good locations/territories. Third is whether your selected to do events and home shows. ALL of which is based on whether your cool with management and quite frankly, what you look like. Although it’s not something I personally have to deal with, for a company that preaches about cultural diversity and inclusion, our staff(mgmt included) has one demographic that makes up %99.9 of this department.
