Pros
From day one I knew this was an amazing place! Everyone is collaborative (sometimes too collaborative) and aligned to make a change in this world. The product itself is amazing and you won't know how great it is, until you see it yourself! There is nothing like it. Hearing our founders speak is inspiring. They built Praxis Labs from their heart and it shows. They care of their team, their people and their mission.
Cons
Start up world isn't for everyone. We are building, we are scaling, we are going up against companies that have been doing this for years. The work can be hard at times and can push you out of your comfort zone however, if you aren't uncomfortable, are you growing? So if you want a 9 - 5 job with the same assignment and work to do day after day, this isn't the place. But if you want to grow and be a part of the mission and a place that can change people's lives, its is!
