Not many at all. Can WFH

Company is always in a constant mode of change. Firefighting everyday, rather than proactive planning. Constant change for senior and exec team mean it is impossible to move forward, and bluntly wrong people at the top are hired for what is needed. Everything is about cost and not people. be it for the residents or staff, all treated as disposable. Company is constantly making redundancies, outsourcing head office and very high turnover.
