Thank you for your feedback. Please know that we hear your frustration about recent changes, and we take it seriously. Press Ganey went to great lengths to limit the number of employees whose jobs were impacted by cost-cutting, but unfortunately, some layoffs were still necessary. The decision was not made lightly and our focus is on supporting the employees impacted. We encourage you to find some time for a candid, confidential conversation with your manager or HRBP to discuss your concerns in more detail, or submit your thoughts via the anonymous employee survey we sent out after the most recent Town Hall.
