Incompetent, childish, petty, and curiously uneducated healthcare leadership team with zero vision for how to compete in the rapidly transformative healthcare markets. For evidence, review their market narrative. Marketing, sales approach, thought leadership, brand and client engagement strategies all appear to be a obvious but pale copy of the more exciting technology firms in this space. It is seemingly impossible to understand how any clients contracted with this firm are not worse off for doing business with Press Ganey. A obvious early signal of a burning technology platform is when top performers head for the exit before the brand destroys their own personal reputation. Run don't walk from this company.
