Nothing if you are a person of color and character.
Cons
Very bias and judgmental. They creat ways to keep African Americans down especially when it comes to merit raises. You can follow all the rules. Volunteer and help other departments. Go back to school amd further your education but when it comes to getting a raise you are still black. T here is my No merit for anything. They will not give you a raise. And that come from Senior management as written in their handbook.
